#### Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. **Set Up Your Immersion Dripper:**
   - Place the immersion dripper over your mug or carafe.
   - Make sure it’s stable and secure.

2. **Measure Your Coffee:**
   - Use a scale to measure out your coffee. A good starting ratio is **1:15** (1 gram of coffee to 15 grams of water). For example, use **20 grams** of coffee for **300 grams** of water.

3. **Add Coffee Grounds:**
   - Place the ground coffee into the dripper. Shake gently to level the grounds for even extraction.

4. **Heat Your Water:**
   - Bring water to a temperature between **90°C and 96°C**. Let it sit for about 30 seconds after boiling for optimal brewing temperature.

5. **Begin Brewing:**
   - Slowly pour hot water over the coffee grounds in a circular motion, ensuring all the grounds are saturated.
   - Pour enough water to cover the coffee, then wait for **30 seconds** to allow for blooming (release of carbon dioxide).

6. **Continue Pouring:**
   - After blooming, pour the remaining water slowly and evenly until you reach your desired amount.
   - Start your timer when you begin pouring.

7. **Steep:**
   - Let the coffee steep for **4 to 5 minutes**, adjusting the time to your taste preference (longer steeping for bolder flavor).

8. **Release the Coffee:**
   - Once the steeping time is complete, lift the immersion dripper off your mug or carafe. Allow any excess coffee to drip through.

9. **Enjoy:**
   - Stir your brewed coffee gently, then taste and enjoy! Adjust grind size or brew time in future batches to fine-tune your flavor.
